Creating The E-Wallpaper :
Initially, i create new file with A4 size, then i attach the selected background from the source of Yahoo!. Using Rectangular Marquee Tool to cut out the picture and paste it to the A4 size preset. Then scale it to fit the preset.
After done that, i started to fill in another material, which i displayed above. By using the material i can precisely blend in with the background. Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) applied. Furthermore, i adjust the opacity and fill to fit in the background.
Thirdly, i insert another picture which i found suitable where as the Faculty Of Management building. Cut out and paste it to match the background. Moreover, i adjust the opacity as well. There's the result placed at the forth picture from below.
Result :
The firth picture, which i took the MMU logo from web and retouch it by using Brush Tool (B). lastly i match the logo onto the background. And the result at the sixth picture.

Furthermore, at the seventh picture i added some wording using the Horizontal Type Tool (T).
Meanwhile i using the same tool to create another wording. Then change the colour of the words to make it nice.

Finally, there's the final result of my creation of E-Wallpaper.
